Redness Control Trio and 50 Percent off Eye Treatment

I was sent a sample pack of the redness control trio and really liked the product. I didn't want to run out so quickly ordered the full sized products. I think by mistake I ordered the one for normal to dry skin and should have ordered the one for extra dry skin. It could have been that our weather had changed and become very cold so my skin had changed from when I tried the sample pack. I contacted Customer Service on a Sunday and there was actually a real person there to take my call which was amazing! They were so nice and after some discussion the gentleman felt that the cleanser and moisturizer for extra dry would be better for my skin type. They sent me out full size bottles right away and didn't even request that I return the other ones. So far, I am really liking the product for extra dry skin much better. Next time, I would like to try the anti-aging products because from what I understand and have read they also have hyalaronic acid in them. Thank you Riversol for making such great products and for your great customer service. I still can't believe that I have received a hand written note with each order. It's also great that this is a Canadian company. I would highly recommend their products.
